Additionally, we will provide helpful suggestions on ways to improve environmental conditions in your hospital to enhance the overall patient and client experience.

About the Author

Dr. Dodd’s mission is to advance veterinary medicine and accelerate success in patient treatment outcomes and client experience. He integrates his veterinary medical degree with 20 years of experience in evidence-based clinical research, product development, professional education, global sales and marketing to help pet healthcare professionals and pet health companies thrive. Throughout his career Dr. Dodd has contributed to the development of numerous products and programs that have improved the quality of care for the pets. He helped establish and implement multiple pet-industry initiatives including the Alliance for Healthier Pets (AVMA-Hill’s Pet Nutrition), the AAHA Nutrition Guidelines and the Fear-Free Initiative. Chad’s research and innovation efforts have been instrumental in the development and launch of many recent therapeutics for osteoarthritis, diabetes mellitus, hyperthyroidism, cognitive dysfunction and healthy brain aging. He is a strong advocate for pet owner education, client engagement, animal welfare and a proud supporter of the veterinary medical profession. He is currently an advisor to many start-up and established pharmaceutical, nutrition and veterinary health companies.
