The objective of this CE program is to educate and reinforce – to veterinarians, veterinary technicians, practice managers and other veterinary healthcare team members – the relationship between employee satisfaction, client retention and profit.

After completing the course, participants will have a better understanding of not only how those key elements are related, but a better understanding of how a clean and professional facility helps to deliver a positive experience that exceeds expectations. Participants will learn about methods they can use to better understand how their practice is perceived and various tactics that can be used to augment client retention.
